Family: Cuculidae

Description:

This Coucal is similar to the Great Coucal but is smaller (31-42 cm), slimmer and has a short tail. The summer plumage is mainly black with rufous wing and the winter plumage is whitish streaked on the head, neck and mantle. It is a Macao Resident.
