Description:

Large Ensign Wasp, with forewings up to about 7 millimeters long. It is all black and has a wide separation of the first and second sections of the coxa. This species parasite Cockroaches by laying eggs on the oothecae  (egg case) and the wasp larvae use the cockroach eggs as a food source.
