Description:

This bug has around 1 cm, is bright green and shield-shaped. The live cycle has tree stages: egg, nymph and adult. Nymphs are orange in color when they hatch and then became black with yellowish or red pattern before maturing into a green adult. It is a plant-feeding species and pest on beans, soybeans and other legumes crops.
