English Name: Common Greenshank

Chinese Name: 青腳鷸

Family: Scolopacidae

Description:

This medium-size wader (30-35 cm) is grayish above and white below. The summer plumage have black markings above and become patterned below. This specie is similar to Marsh Sandpiper, but bigger and stouter, slightly upcurved bill. In Macao, it as been registered in August and October.
