Description:

This large cuckoo (38-40 cm) is brownish-grey above and white with brown patterns below. Eyes are orange with a prominent yellow eye ring. The tail is grey with dark bands. Adults have a grey crown and head sides. It occurs in Macao as a summer visitor.
